"Reliable enough that I don’t want to switch"
It’s been solid for me overall. It rarely crashes and does what I need, which makes me hesitant to mess around with anything else and risk losing that reliability.

"Super easy to find my way around"
I had a really smooth experience using Posit.co. Everything felt intuitive, and I didn’t have to overthink where to click or how to get things done. It’s always refreshing when a site just makes sense and works the way you expect it to!

"Really happy with the support"
In the end, everything got sorted out way easier than I expected. I had an issue with my account, and support got back to me quickly. They explained what was going on in a simple way and fixed it without sending me back and forth a bunch of times. really happy with how they handled it.

"Wishing I’d Tried It Sooner"
The price is fair for what you get, and the tools have ended up saving me a ton of time at work. I kind of regret not giving it a shot earlier because it would’ve made a lot of my day-to-day tasks way easier.

"Straightforward docs that actually save time"
I mostly use Posit for R-related work, the documentation has been really useful. The pages are written in a way that makes sense, without making simple things feel complicated. The examples usually work as-is, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to set something up or fix a small issue. Common sense, really: good docs should help you get unstuck quickly, and these do.

"A bit frustrating when it should be smoother"
I really wanted this to feel easier to use, but the dashboard has been hit or miss for me. Some of the main features feel kind of clunky and slow, which gets annoying fast when you're just trying to get things done. I also ran into report export errors more than once, and that definitely put me in a bad mood. It works sometimes, but overall it hasn’t been a great experience.
